Cymbella™ Terms of Service 1. Overview This website (www.cymbella.org) and its sub-projects —including but not limited to BB’s Brain Lab™, UP: Unmasked Parents™, and any future offerings—are owned and operated by Danielle Wooden. Cymbella™ is a developing initiative and not yet a formally registered business or charity. 2. Ownership and Intellectual Property All content on this site, including logos, text, images, resources, products, and service names, are the intellectual property of Danielle Wooden unless otherwise stated. No use, duplication, modification, or sharing is permitted without written consent. 3. Membership Services The “UP: Unmasked Parents Gold Membership” is currently offered at £6/month and provides access to: - Discount codes - Exclusive downloads - Live updates and behind-the-scenes content - A members-only live chat forum - Guest sessions and self-care packages - Tailored tech tool-kits - A free starter course and other upcoming resources Membership fees are billed monthly through Wix. Wix’s payment platform may apply transaction processing fees. 4. Future Services Cymbella™ will be expanding to include books, BB’s Brain Lab™ interactive services, and educational courses (set to launch in 2026). These will be offered at different pricing tiers and are not included in the UP Gold plan. 5. Refund and Cancellation Policy All membership payments are non-refundable once charged. Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. 6. Community Guidelines Members are expected to treat each other with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misuse of platform tools (e.g., forums, live chat) will result in immediate removal without refund. 7. Legal Disclaimers This platform offers informal, community-driven support and should not be interpreted as a replacement for professional legal, medical, or educational advice. 8. Modifications Danielle Wooden reserves the right to modify these terms and offerings at any time. Members will be notified of major updates. 9. Cymbella™ Privacy Policy Effective Date: 26 April 2025 1. Data Collection We collect personal data only when voluntarily submitted, such as via Google Forms or Wix-based interactions. This may include names, emails, and general demographic or feedback information. 2. Use of Data Data collected is used to: - Improve site experience and content delivery - Offer appropriate support via our UP and BB’s Brain Lab™ projects - Communicate updates via Google Workspace 3. Cymbella™Additional Information Updated: 26 May 2025 Membership Eligibility & Community Standards The UP: Unmasked Parents™ plans—both Basic and Gold—are designed exclusively for parents and carers. These spaces are intended to provide a safe, supportive environment specifically for neurodivergent parents or those raising neurodivergent children. By joining either parent membership tier, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or carer, and not acting in a professional capacity (e.g., social worker, educator, healthcare provider). This is to protect the privacy, vulnerability, and emotional safety of our members. These groups are not intended for professional observation or data collection. Members must agree to respect the lived experiences shared and to engage without judgement. Any misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of trust may result in immediate removal without refund and further legal or administrative action where appropriate. ​ Additional Terms of Service  ​ Platform Access & Security Access to member-only areas is limited to verified users. Users agree not to share login details with non-members. Cymbella™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse, breach of terms, or safeguarding concerns. ​ Content Ownership by Members (Uploads or Posts) Members retain ownership of any original content they upload but grant Cymbella™ a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and moderate content across its platforms. Inappropriate, unsafe, or promotional content may be removed at the discretion of the admin team. Safeguarding Notice Cymbella™ is a community-led platform. While we aim to maintain a safe and supportive space, any content indicating harm to self or others may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with UK safeguarding guidance. ​ No Guarantee Disclaimer All advice and resources are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional, legal, or medical advice. Cymbella™ Intellectual Property ¬No use of Cymbella Intellectual Property is permitted under any circumstance unless accompanied by a signed written agreement provided by the owner. Verbal agreements or assumptions of permission are not valid. Copying, mimicking, implement, or otherwise utilisation of any portion of Cymbella IP in any current or future projects, businesses, publications, or educational initiatives without the prior written consent of the owner may result in legal action including but not limited to: cease and desist orders, civil litigation, compensatory damages, and representational claims. The owner reserves the right to pursue maximum penalties available under UK law.
